GOOD TEMPLARY
The Rescue Lodge, No. 105, held its weekly meeting in the _ Oddfellows’ Hall, Kensington. Chief Templar Bro. W, A. lies presided oyer a good attendance of members. Sister Giles, D.C.T., was welcomed, and spoke_ on the forthcoming District Lodge session, urging the members to take a more active interest in the District Lodge. The programme for the evening was “ Brothers’ Night,” Bros. Hall, Dalton, and M'Curdy being in charge. Bros. Brooks and Rowe had charge of the supper arrangements. Bro. M'Curdv gave an interesting address, and a report on the Star of the South Juvenile Temple. The Star of the South Juvenile Temple, No. 15, held its weekly meeting in the Oddfellows’ Hall, Chief Templar Sister M. Middlemass presiding over a good attendance of members. Bro. T. Brooks, superintendent, was in charge. Bro. M'Ourdy visited the temple and addressed the members on behalf of the Rescue Lodge, No. 105. Bro. W A. lies, G.C.T., also spoke. Practices were held for the anniversary concert. Bro. Brooks conveyed greetings from the Grand Superintendent of Juvenile Work and the Auckland temples.
