FRIDAY, JUNE 12. (Before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M.) OBJECTS TO POLICE STARES. Edward Farris pleaded not guilty t® a charge of procuring liquor while proBaxter said that on June 3, at 2.30 p.m., he saw Farris leaving the Empire Hotel. Farris said,he had been in the hotel to see the barman. The Magistrate told defendant that he bad no right to enter an hotel.
