OBITUARY
SIR CECIL THURSBY LONDON, May 28. (Received May 29, at 1.30 p.m.) The death is announced of Sir Cecil Thursby, whose burly, thick-set figure and bulldog jaw will be remembered by every Anaac whoso disembarkation he covered at Gaba Tepe. Not only was he a fighting sailor, but a first-class diplomat. [Admiral Sir Cecil Fiennes Thursby joined the Navy in 1874, and saw much active service. Ho was 74 years of age-]
