4 PER CENT. DIVIDEND RECOMMENDED [Per United Press Association] WELLINGTON, May 28. The National Bank of New Zealand has received cabled advice from its Loudon office that the board of directors will recommend a final dividend at the rate of 4 per cent, per annum for the half-year ended March 31, making 4 per cent, for the year, free of tax.
