drawn contest [Per United Press Association.] DANNEVIRKE, May 29. •' In a hurricane start “ Rebel ” Russell obtained a fall from Blomfield in under a minute of the opening round in the Town Hall befofb a packed house. Russell knocked Blomfield off his feet with a shoulder charge and hit him on the jaw with a fierce elbow jolt He then smacked him hard on the face, and with three vicious dumps made Blomfield very groggy and gained a sensational fall. From then onwards the struggle was very dour, and it was not till the end of the seventh round that Blomfield equalised with a hard dump after some effective jolting. Ihe match ended in a draw.
