“ Met a chap to-day who said he was an old school friend of yours—name of Macpherson.” “ Macphcrson?” “ Yes, tall chap with a red moustache.” “ I never went to school with a tall chap who had a red moustache.” At a dinner party a prim and severe maiden aunt was seated next to a young and extremely modern girl and boy who were discussing the merits of their respective motor cars. “ What colour is your body?” asked tho girl. “Pink,” replied the youth; “what’s yours?” “White, with pale blue lines,” replied tho girl. The maiden aunt gasped and, rising from the table, wont up to her hostess. “ llcally, this is too much for mol” she exclaimed. “ When young people start discussing the colours of their bodies in my presence it’s time I left!”
