THREE MONTHS’ GAOL
ORGANISING BROKER SENTENCED [Pie United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, May 20. Charles Gordon Maskersack (44), an organising broker, was sentenced by Mr Moslev, S.M., to four months’ hard labour on three charges of false pretences and on two or theft, the sentences to be concurrent. „ The offences were connected cleposits given on sectjons at Trentham and the sale of certain shares. The accused had previously been given a term of probation for false pretences, and since 1931 had been an undischarged bankrupt.
