ALLEGED BUDGET LEAKAGE COMPLAINT IN THE HOUSE Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, May 19. (Received May 20, at 11.55 a.m.) A Labour member, Mr Midgley, in the Ulster Parliament, complained of h leakage in the Budget and said the newspapers were in possession of the proposals long before the announcement was made in the House. Details had been telegraphed to England. The matter was referred to the Committee of Privileges.
