CANADA'S PERPLEXITIES Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright OTTAWA, April 80. (Received May 1, at 1.45 p.m.) A commission to study the world wheat markets and recommend a policy to deal with the problem of surpluses will be named by the Government, according to an announcement by Mr W. D. Euler (Minister of Trade and Commerce), after Mr James Murray (chairman of the Wheat Board) had told a House of Commons committee that there was no use in growing grain to pile up as a surplus.
