ZEPPELIN FLIGHT
SOUTH AMERICAN SERVICE DR ECKENER’S PLANS. Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyright FRIEDRECHSHAFEN, February 29. (Received March 2, at noon.) Announcing that the Zeppelin LZI29 will make her .first flight this week, Dr Eckener says it is intended primarily for the South American service. “ We are going to make some trips to New York, but only for study and demonstration,” he said. “ I do not believe a North Atlantic service, with any type of aircraft, is possible with clockwork regularity, owing to the severe weather. Work will commence on the sister ship LZI3O immediately the Hindenherg leaves the hangar.”
