CANADIAN CRUISER SAILS. The Canadian Cruiser, after discharging cargo from Ha'«/ax and loading products, left Dunedin on Saturday for Lyttelton to continue loading. She will complete at Wellington, Napier, and Wanganui, and will sail finally from Wanganui roadstead on March 9 for New York, Boston, and Halifax. AKAROA AT AUCKLAND. The Shaw, Savill. and Albion liner Akaroa arrived at Auckland on Saturday from London and Southampton. She has passengers and mail for New Zealand and general cargo for discharge at Auckland and AVellington. CARGO FROM SOUTH AUSTRALIA. The Omana was to leave Wellington on Saturday for Westport and Greymouth, thence to Launceston, Melbourne, and Adelaide. She will then load at Adelaide, Edithburg, and Melbourne for New Plymouth, Auckland, Wellington, and Dunedin. PORT HUNTER CLEARS BALBAO. Cabled advice has been received by the Port Line that the Port Hunter en route from Glasgow to New Zealand in ballast, cleared Balboa on the morning of February 25. She is due on the coast on March 23 to load Homeward. MOOLTAN'S PASSENGERS. The P. and 0. liner Mooltan, .which reached Sydney on February 20 from j London,, brought the following passen- j gers for New Zealand :—Mr Macmullen, Mr Pacey, Mr Piggott, Mr and Mrs Macdonald, Misses Alexander (2), Miss Milnes. TANKER GARONNE. The tanker Garonne arrived at Auckland on Saturday from Palembang with a cargo of bulk petrol for the Vacuum Oil Company. She will unload at Auckland, Wellington, and Lyttelton. PORT BOWEN FOR LONDON. Carrying a fair shipment of wool and frozen products, the P.ort Line steamer Port Bowen left Port Chalmers 3'esterday morning for London, via Cape Horn and Montevideo. She is also eanrying 10 passengers. Dr S. M. Smith is making the voyage as ship's surgeon. The Port Bowen is due at London on April 5. The Narbada will load at Calcutta, Penang, Singapore, and Samarang' for' Auckland, Wellington. Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bluff. THE CANADIAN CONSTRUCTOR. The Canadian Constructor was scheduled to leave Halifax on February 24 for Australia. Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton. and Wellington. She is due at Bluff about March 26. OAKBANK WITH PHOSPHATES. With a cargo of phosphates, the Andrew Weir Line motor ship Oakbank arrived on Saturday from Nauru Maud, via Lyttelton. She was berthed at the Ravensbourne wharf, where 3,200 tons of her freight will be discharged. The remainder will be discharged at Dunedin. The Oakbank left Nauru Island on February. 15 with 8,500 tdns of phosphates, 2,500 tons being unloaded at Lyttelton. She experienced fine weather until she reached Cook Strait last Tuesday evening, when a strong, south-westerly gale was encountered. Captain J. Robertson has command of the Oakbank. The officers are as follow:—Chief, Mr D. W. Woods; second, Mr D. G. Gale; third, Mr F. H Lamming; chief engineer, Mr A. G. M'Kissock; second engineer, Mr A. M. Sampson; third engineer, Mr D. The Union Company's Marama will leave Bluff to-night for Melbourne, and iier return to New Zealand will be her last trip in this season's MelbourneSouth Island-Wellington service. She is due in Melbourne on Friday, March 6, and leaves again for Bluff on Wednesday, March 11. The vessel is due at' Bluff four days later, and will then proceed to Dunedin (where she is due on March 17), Lyttelton, and Wellington. The Marama will commence running in the New ZealandSydney service on July 10. SLAG SHIPS. I Following are the expected movements of the basic slag ships the New Zealand Shipping Company is handling: The P.ensilva left Auckland on Wednesday for Ocean Island, passing out of the company's hands; the Antigone was expected to leave Auckland cm Saturday for New Plymouth where she is due to-morrow; the Tymeric arrived at Auckland on Friday from Antwerp, where she left on December 20; the Anglo-African arrived at Auckland on Wednesday from Antwerp, and is expected to he dispatched on Tuesday for Wellington, being due there on Friday; and the Simonside should leave Auckland on Wednesday for New Plymouth, where she is due on Saturday.
