PHYSICAL CULTURE GLASSES Attention is drawn to the announcement that the 1936 season is now opening and that all classes are resuming. The physical culture and gymnastic classes conducted at the Y.M.C.A. gymnasium offer a unique opportunity to one and all to obtain sound health and general fitness under the best if conditions and at the cheapest rates available. The work in all classes is carried out on scientific lines, with special emphasis on the corrective, hygienic, and recreative value of exercise, and is under the direct supervision of the physical director, Mr C. W. Postgate. The very latest methods are introduced into the general routine of massed exercise, and every form of apparatus work is featured. The recreational side is also well catered for in men’s and ladies’ basketball, badminton, volleyball, handball, indoor athletics, etc. A cordial invitation is extended to the general public to inspect what is claimed to he one of the finest and best-equipped gymnasium in the Dominion.
