Bennett in his reply to the Speech from the Throne. The trade treaty with the United States was attacked as improvident. Mr Angus Maclnnis, Commonwealth Federation, gave notice of a resolution granting the franchise to all Orientals or excluding them. If the Oriental was good enough to be a. resident he was good enough to vote. If he w r as not good enough he should be elsewhere.
