'A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM'
i Shakespeare is to-day definitely to bo classed popular. The world has combined to make this evident. ‘ Romeo and Juliet,’ 1 Twelfth Night,’ and ‘ As You Like It ’ arc now in active production at Hollywood, and Warner Brothers * A Midsummer Night’s Dream,’ released last year, has found the spacious Adelphi Theatre in the Strand, London, and the Holywood Theatre, New York, altogether too small to accommodate the crowds offering up to two guineas for the best seats to see this enchanting classic, and at the present time it is outstripping the capacity of the Embassy Theatre, Sydney, where it is now in its third month.
