SURF REPORT
ST. CLAIR CARNIVAL OFF : Owing to 'the state of the weather the swimming carnival to have been held by the St. Clair Life Saving Club waS postponed from this afternoon until a date to be fixed in March; To-morrow, however, the St. Clair Club will hold its club life saving championships. The beach at St, Kilda is, in fairly, good order, and the seas at St. Hilda, St., Clair, and Tomahawk . are- moderate, the temperature of the water being mild. There : are a few holes off shore at, St. Clair, but the beach is fairly safe. The sand is also- .coming back at Tomahawk, the beach being in improved condition. i. i
