MR MACDONALD'S REPORT COMMENT IN GERMANY Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, January 2. A summarised version of Mr James MacDonald’s letter to the League on December 29 was first communicated to the Press by an official news agency with the comment that, because Germany is endeavouring to straighten out the abuse of domination by _ foreign elements, people abroad think they are entitled to utter derogatory criticism and give advice. It is suggested that the League concern itself _ with the treatment of minorities within the League States instead as to how Germany is accomplishing > the internal building up of the nation.
