CRISP ORGANDI
Organdi trimmings, such as cot pil-low-slips and drapings, often lose half their attractiveness when they are washed, as they become limp or are harsh through over-starching. The most successful way is to rinse them in water containing sugar. /Dissolve one good tablespoon of sugar in one quart of hot water. Rinse the organdi articles in the solution when it is cool. Roll them up in a towel for several hours before ironing.
