DECREASE IK TOTAL RECORDED [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, December 11. On November 23 there were 35,975 males receiving rationed relief work, or sustenance, or awaiting placement on relief, compared with 39,681 on October 26, representing a decrease of 3,702. The figuhes do not include some thousands of men who are working full time in industry subsidised by the hoard.
