CONDITION CRITICAL KING CANCELS ENCASEMENTS (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, December 2. (Received December 3, at noon.) The following bulletin was issued tonight :—■ Princess Victoria had an acute and severe hemorrhage from the stomach yesterday evening. A transfusion of blood was performed, but has only been of temporary benefit. The condition of her Royal Highness is critical. Princess Victoria, who is 67 years of age, is the King’s sister. Owing to her grave illness His Majesty will not open Parliament in state to-‘morrow. No procession will take place, and the King’s Speech will be read by the Lord Chancellor, The King and Queen have cancelled their journey to Sandringham to-morrow.
