Young Jones, unable to find a job at his own trade, applied for a vacancy as a drapery assistant in a large store. “Do yon know anything about the trade?” asked the manager. “ What do you know about georgette, for instance?” “Georgette?” replied Jones. “ I know her quite well. Topping girl, isn’t she?”
