M Tsaldaris has reconstructed the Cabinet, dropping all the Ministers who had pronounced themselves publicly in favour of either a Monarchy or a Republic, except General Kondylis, whose retention is regarded as a victory for the Monarchists, although M. Tsaldaris declares that the new Ministry will remain neutral regarding the monarchy during the plebiscite period.
