PRESTIGE IN BRITAIN RESULT OF CONSISTENT QUALITY Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, July 17. (Received July 18, at 11 a.m.) “The consistent quality of its-apples is a tribute to New Zealand’s strict supervision before export and careful control in London,” said Mr Sutherland, the New Zealand _ cool storage officer, reviewing the fruit season just ended. This policy had built the prestige of New Zealand fruit, resulting in a premium over the majority of contemporaneous lines. Mr Sutherland is visiting research stations and investigating dunnage and packing experiments, also gas storage, which is most valuable in England, and is arranging experiments to determine whether it is applicable to meyre varied types from New Zealand.
