The Rev. J. R. Blancard, 8.A., is minister of St. John’s Presbyterian Church, Wellington. His reputation as a speaker stands high, and in his address to be given at the- Burns Hall tomorrow, at 7.45 p.m., he will deal with important aspects of a grave social problem in New Zealand, _ Reputed to be the bes+-informed man in New Zealand on the history and developments of liquor legislation in the United States, Mr J. Malton Murray has some striking things to say concerning repeal. which he describes as ‘ America’s Greatest Mistake.’ He will also speak at the Burns Hall to-morrow evening. \dmission is free.
