NEW THEATRE FOR SYDNEY
TO COST £200.000 SYDNEY. May 10. It has been announced that J. C. Williamson Ltd. have adopted plans for a new theatre in Sydney costing in the neighbourhood of £200,000. The ereo* tion of it will be begun as_soon as suitable financial arrangements have been completed. The Criterion Theatre will be demolished in pursuance of the City Council’s scheme for widening streets#
