CHARGE OF MURDER

The long-delayed coroner’s inquiry into the death of Paul Drasdorff, aged 47, a shopkeeper, of Waverley, who was shot dead on September 1 by an armed thief, was held to-day _ and resulted in Leslie Warburton being committedl for trial on a charge ot murdering Drasdorff. _ Detectives gave evidence that _ Mrs Drasdorff identified Warburton in a line up of nine men at the gaol. Warburton bad taken, the detectives to a cemetery at Randwick, and indicated where a pair of rubber gloves and automatic pistol were lying in the grass. Warburton denied that he was concerned in the shooting of Drasdorff.
