ANOTHER DAM ACROSS THE NlLE.—Stone cutters, some of them specially recruited from Italy, working o total length of three and £2,000,000 dam which is being built across the White Nile at Gebel Aulia, near Khartoum. The dam will have a a-quarter miles and will have 60 sluices. It is hoped to finish the work in 1937.
