FURTHER REPRESENTATIONS TO LEAGUE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright GENEVA, April 1. (Received April 2, at 1 p.m.) Abyssinia has telegraphed to the League of Nations proposing a limit of thirty days for the negotiations with Italy for the appointment of arbitrators for the drafting of the arbitration agreements, failing which the League should appoint a committee with definite terms of reference, Italy and Abyssinia in the meantime refraining from military operations.
