IMMIGRATION PROCEEDINGS DROPPED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, March 30. , The Department of Labour has announced that it has dropped the action against Mr E. John St. Loe Strachey, giving as a reason-that he is prepared to return to England immediately. No report of the findings' of the immigration hearing have been published. Mr Strachey' has announced his intention of sailing by the Berengaria shortly, after midnight.
