Lee Tracy, the cinema actor, whose escapades got him into trouble in Mexico and elsewhere, has apparently decided to turn his apartment into a shooting gallery. Early to-day a scries of revolver shots was heard in his room. Neighbours called in the police, who found that five shots had been discharged, two of which had crashed through the floor of an apartment above. Tracy, who pleaded guilty to drunkenness, was fined lOOdol. He was not charged with the illegal use of firearms, but comnfented: “Oh, I didn’t think the bullets would go through the floor.”
