STRAINING STEERING
It is a common thing to see motorists, especially in parking areas, trying to pull wheels round while the cars are stationary. This practice not only wears the tyres, - but strains the steering mechanism. To manceuvre a car in a tight corner it should be moved backwards and forwards, and the wheels turned while it is in motion. It space does not permit movement, the tyres should be pulled round by soinepno whije the driver turns the steering wheel. ,
