APPEAL JUDGES APPLY POLITE CLDSURE (Pit Ukited Press Association.] WELLINGTON. April 1. In the case Wright and Black v. the New. Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Association of Canterbury in the Court of Appeal this morning, Mr Saunders continued his argument on behalf of the appellants. Mr Justice Smith: As far as I am concerned it would help me very much, now that Tve heard your side argued at such length, if I could hear what the other side has to say.
