ROWING
CANTERBURY EIGHT The crew to represent Canterbury in the interprovincial eight-oar championship contest at Dunedin on Easter Saturday is composed entirely of member* of the Akaroa Rowing Club, its personnel being as follows:—D. Reid, list 101 b (stroke); K. Rhodes, 11.0 (7); A. Churchill, 10.10 (6); W. W. Reid, 12.. 13 (5); E. Kingston. 14.8 (4); W.' Wilcockson, 12.12 (3) ; E. H. Giddeus, 10.9 (2) ; R. Keegan, 11.3 (bow) ; and O. Giddens, 9.0 (coxswain). Mr G. W belch, well-known in rowing circles, is coach. The crew is now in training ae Akaroa.
