ARMADA RACE Take half a walnut shell and paste stiff paper over the top. Push a match through the paper to make a mast. Then fix a piece of stiff paper on the “ mast,’' Make about half a dozen and share between two teams. Give each man a straw. Then the fight begins. Each side blows its own ships against the enemy vessels and tries to sink them, or else tries to reach the other side of the bath. After a minute’s fight all fighters stop blow-, ing the ships, and the side with least sunken vessels wins. If none are sunk the winning side is the one with most vessels, on the opposite shore.
