TRAM SMASH IN SYDNEY
ONE MAH KILLED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, February 28. ' (Received February 28, at 2.10 p.m.) One man was killed and six passengers injured in a tram smash in the city this morning. One tram had lumped the points, and a second car rashed into it with terrific force. The passengers were hurled in all directions and showered by splinters of woodwork and glass. A number of women fainted. The man who was killed was precipitated from his seat between the two trams. Tho body was frightfully mangled.
