FOOD OR MISSION?

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —It is a sorry state of affairs that, unemployed men, who have been granted use of a vacant section situated at the corner of Calder avenue and Main North road, North-east Valley, and owned by the North-east Valley Baptist Church, and who have been industrious enough to cultivate this portion of land, which previously was an eyesore to residents and visitors, have now, in the midst of reaping some benefit from their labours, got notice to quit, to make room for a mission tent due this month.
