OPEN-AIR BAND DISPLAY
At its ojpen-air concert at Tahun* Park nest Sunday afternoon the St. Kilda Municipal Band will give a demonstration of the quickstep, as well as a presentation of the various test selections with which it won the dominion championships at the Timani contest last week. It should be ant exceptionally fine treat for music lovers, and special transport arrangements are being made to. ensure satisfactory conveyance to and from the park of the large crowd that is _ expected. Fop motorists a free parking area will be provided in the ground. Small charges will be made, and the proceeds will be divided between the band for its new uniform fund and the St. Kilda Mayor’s Relief Committee.
