W. J. BURTON'S ACHIEVEMENT WINS OVER All RANGES [Per United Press Association.] CARTERTON, February 27. For the opening day of the Wairarapa Rifle Association’s Meeting the weather was cloudy and overcast, but the light was good. There was a tricky wind blowing down the range and occasionally veering to cross it. The Champion Belt, the Bidwell Memorial Challenge Shield, the Maunsell Challenger Cup, the Rivers Challenge Cup, and the Walden Challenge Cup were all won by W. <J. Burton (Okawa), who dropped only 6 points over all the ranges, and at 800yds and 900yds scored possibles. The Buchanan Memorial Cup was won by W. M.
