MISS JEAN BATTEN
ANOTHER LONG FLIGHT PROBABLE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, February 28. (Received February 28, at 10.40 a.m.) The ‘Telegraph ’ says; Flying enthusiasts are convinced that Miss Jean Batten is contemplating a long flight in the very near future. Some say that she will make a spectacular flight to New Zealand, while others consider that it will be to England. Mias Batten s whereabouts are at present unknown. Her plane is being overhauled at Mascot, and recently she has been practising landings at dusk.
