A working model of a gold mine—perfect even to the red-shirted miners—has been constructed by seventy-year-old William Keast, of Portsmouth. Mr Keast once worked in the Saratoga Gold Mine in Colorado, and it is on this that ho based his model. The model took two years to complete.
