DISPUTES SETTLED
WANGANELIA AND JAMES COOK Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY. February 26. A settlement of the Wanganella dispute has been reached, and the vessel will sail to-night. A meeting of steward* decided to return to duty, as th* secretary reported he had secured ad# vantages for them, and other question* in dispute would be settled during th* absence of the ship. The steward and the stewardess whose dismissals caused the trouble have not been reinstated. MELBOURNE; February 26. The seamen decided to man the Jame* Cook, the sailing of which was delayed through the Seamen’s Union making * demand for additional trimmers.
