.John M'Queen Bolton, a seaman, aged 31, was sentenced by Mr Stilwell. S.M.. to-day to a month’s imprisonment on a charge of converting a car to his own use. Bolton was found by the owner endeavouring to start the car. The accused, who was under the influence of liquor, told a constable that he had been requested by someone to shift the car.—Wellington Press Association.
