Afc the Albert Hall in ten rounds Kid Berg defeated Gustave Humery, the French light-weight champion, the referee stopping the bout in the eighth round owing to the Frenchman’s damaged eye. It was a terrific contest, but the title was not involved. In a ten-round bout Jimmy Walsh defeated the American, Wesley Ramey, in the sixth round when the latter was disqualified for » low delivery. At Hull in twelve rounds A 1 Bourke (Australia) outpointed Bob Donnars, the 'Dutch middle-weight champion.
