RUGBY, January 21 (Received January 22, at noon.)
The session of the League of Nations Council is being continued, but it is hoped at Geneva that the negotiations in connection with the Iraq-Persian dispute, which have been proceeding privately during the week-end with a view to reaching some understanding that will remove the possibility of incidents on the disputed frontier, will be concluded and the session brought to an end to-day.
