Tiie monthly meeting was held last week, there being present —Mr C. A. Lucas (.chairman), Messrs J. Fletcher, t W. Templeton, Av. M’Donald, and H. W. Laws. The Milton Amateur Cycling Club wrote enclosing affiliation tee, also license renewals for foujr riders.—Received. ' The bon. sec. (Mr H. Amos), N.Z.A.C.A., wrote stating that the association proposed in future to issue all racing licenses and numbers at a charge ol 3s 6d to seniors and 2s 6d to juniors. The letter also stated that remittance of 2s for seniors and Is for juniors must be forwarded to the association, of which amounts 6d was to he paid to the New Zealand Cycling Federation by the association.—The letter was held over in the meantime. A letter from the secretary (Mr H. D. Loudon), New Zealand Cycling Federation, stated that the advice received by centres that official badges were on hand and could be obtained by applying to the federation was not correct. Mr London stated that these badges were only for members of the Federation.—Received.

'Jib.H secretary (Mr A. B. Littlejohn) of the Tokomainro Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club wrote applying for licenses for five members.—The secretary (Mr F. Greenfield) advised having informed the Toko. Club that licenses for 1935 had not come to hand, and that same would be sent forward as soon as possible. "Reporting on the sports meetings at Cromwell and Alexandra, Mr "W. J. Templeton stated that both meetings were well attended by Invercargill, Milton, And Dunedin cyclists. He also stated that both the Cromwell Caledonian Society and the Alexandra Caledonian Society were to be commended for the splendid way in which these meetings had been controlled. The following recommendation was brought forward hv the Dunedin Amateur Cycling Club’s delegate in con neeiion -vvitli the Otago track cycling championships;—“That the distances and events be the same as decided last year—onc-quarter-mile dash run on a two-life svstem, a five-mile human paced, and a two-mile pursuit time trial.”—After discussion it was decided to accept the recommendation of the Dunedin Club. The date of the championships was arranged for the Monday and Tuesday evenings following the day of the athletic championships. ' Jt was decided to send a letter of sympathy to Mr J. Brown, of Milton, who broke his collarbone when he era shed while competing at the sports meeting at Cromwell.
