AGREEMENT ON WAR DEBTS
PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT'S PREDICTION Press Association—Bv Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON, December 15. President Roosevelt to-day. expressed the belief that an agreement on war debts would eventually be reached with the various countries which were now unable to continue payment. The president declined to say on what his hope for settlement was based, but said he most certainly did expect eventual agreement.
