POSITION OF DOMINIONS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 28. (Received November 29, at 1 a.m.) Sir Norman Walker, in his presidential address to the General Medical Council, said that the Medical Act of 1886 made it impossible for the council favourably, to answer requests from the dominions for recognition of their diplomas of public health. He had communicated with Mr Baldwin, and was hopeful that parliamentary action might solve the difficulty.
