TRANSPORT LICENSING
FURTHER DECISIONS GIVEN Further decisions of the N T o. 9 District Licensing Authority—Messrs A. I. \V. Wood (chairman), J. Preston, and W. Blackie—were announced yesterday afternoon. A. Earl’s license for a service between Roxburgh and Dunedin was renewed with provision for additional seating capacity. E: G. V. Hart was granted renewals of licenses for the Dnncdin-Lawrence and Duncdin-Milton routes, the conditions to remain unaltered. Mi's J. W. Hope was granted a, renewal of a license to run between Dunedin and Palmerston via Seadiff. with alterations in fares and provision for an increase in carrying capacity. In respect of an application by D. S. Cameron, of Hawoa Flat, a continuous license was granted in lieu of a seasonal license. R. C. Craig, of Oniaknn. was granted an extra vehicle authority in the area covered by his existing license, and. was refused an extra vehicle authority and license for a new route to Becks for the purpose of carrying mails.
