REMOVAL OF WOOLWICH ARSENAL LIKELY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 15. . The ‘Daily Herald says: “The Cabinet, on the advice of the Committee on Imperial Defence, has decided to remove Woolwich Arsenal to the west coast. High officials in the War Office and the Admiralty are considering sites, and the decision will depend on such matters as defendability from air raids and on railway and harbour facilities.”
