IRON AND STEEL FEDERATION INDEPENDENT CHAIRMAN APPOINTED. (British Official Wireless.! Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RUGBY, November 15. Sir Andrew Duncan, chairman of the Central Electricity Board, has been appointed independent chairman of the Iron and Steel Federation, which includes fourteen industries and more than forty associations. It is recognised that he will play ah important part in the future development of the scheme for reorganisation ■of the industry, which is in an advanced stage.
