He says that the film has his entire approval. [A previous message • stated: The ‘ Daily Telegraph ’ says that the British National Films Company lias abandoned the project to produce a film story of the life of Cecil Rhodes owing to representations by General Smuts and other authorities in South Africa. The story as planned was calculated to arouse racial feeling between Anglo-Saxons and Boers.]
